3. Booking and Agreements
A booking is considered confirmed when:
- Both parties agree to the service details, and
- A written confirmation, contract, or invoice is issued.
Entertainment by Jowie reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.
4. Pricing

Final pricing depends on:
- Event location
- Duration of service
- Technical requirements
- Travel or accommodation costs
All prices may be subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Payment Terms

- The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date.

6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:

- Providing necessary permits if required
- Ensuring proper power supply and stage setup where applicable
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the agreement.
Typical cancellation conditions may include:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: partial refund possible
- Cancellation within 30 days: deposit may be non-refundable
- Cancellation within 7 days: full fee may apply
8. Liability
Entertainment by Jowie will perform services professionally and with reasonable care.
However, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Technical failures beyond our control
- Event cancellations due to force majeure
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Illness
- Technical failures
- Transportation issues
10. Intellectual Property
All music, designs, branding, and creative materials created by Entertainment by Jowie remain the intellectual property of the company unless agreed otherwise in writing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
